From 12 March 2018 Nedbank Zimbabwe will switch to a new Internet Banking system which will provide impressive benefits and features to our customers. We are therefore extremely delighted to deliver our promise of enhancing our customer experience and continuously improving our service delivery.
To allow for a smooth transition; kindly be advised that the current internet banking service will NOT be available for use from 5.30 pm on Friday 9 March 2018 until 8:00 am on Monday 12 March 2018.
In this respect,please ensure that all your internet banking transactions have been approved by no later than 2 pm Friday 9 March as transactions awaiting approval will not be moved to the new system.
